a slightly imperfect experience

helpful staff amazing location cheap furniture sticky stains
the location is good. shops and a gym were just across the street! the staff was always super helpful and friendly to me. the food at the restaurant looked delicious and it has a beautiful beer garden at the back.
my room wasn't exactly luxurious, like in the photos online. i saw cheap furniture and it reminded me of student housing. the room was not cleaned, i saw sticky stains on a lamp and its shade.

Acceptable Stay

nice size quiet room happy staff dirty desk cracked sink unfitting shower head
The room was a nice size, I must say. The staff were happy, and that's always a plus. I liked that it was quiet, I could actually sleep.
The room could use some sprucing up. The desk had crumbs, and there was hair near the fireplace. I noticed the bathroom sink had a crack. The shower head did not fit correctly in its holder.

Satisfactory Stay

fluffy towels safe parking tea amenities low pressure not smart window mold
Room had good lighting and the towels was fluffy. Parking was ample and safe for my car. The staff was helpful, and I got a warm welcome when I arrived. I also appreciate the tea and coffee facilities in my room.
My shower had very low pressure and the showerhead was set low. I could not use streaming services on the television because it wasn't smart. The room wasn't as clean as I expected and had some mold on the window.
